Some people spend more time interacting with others via social media than face-to-face. Much of this is good, but some of it isn't ideal either. For Jason and Jolene, and many of our listeners, it's a lot to digest. Maybe it's time to push play and get in on the discussion. Not a question, a statement.

Because no one can be completely happy with another person until he or she is happy with themselves. It's an old cliche Jason and Jolene break down in hope of helping listeners experience greater intimacy in their lives.

Fifty-eight percent of those were before the age of 50, and men were two times as likely to kill themselves. Sobering statistics. On this episode, Jason and Jolene unpack their suicide experiences in hope of helping others better understand, and heal from, theirs.
